Customer Service

All online flower orders are professionally arranged and delivered by a local florist, primarily by the funeral home's preferred florist. All flower payment processing and customer service issues are managed by Florist One, an experienced provider of online technology to the floral community.

Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important. If a delivered item is unsatisfactory, it will be picked up and replaced, or picked up and your money refunded, or a partial credit extended and the product kept by the recipient. Because of the perishable nature of flowers, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the details of your concern.

Delivery

All flower orders are received by the funeral home's preferred local florist, and are professionally arranged and hand delivered Monday through Saturday. In the unusual circumstance that this florist is unable to meet the requirements of a particular order, the order is fulfilled by another local florist in the area. Please allow at least 4 hours to design and deliver your arrangement to a funeral home. Orders received by 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone will be delivered the same day. Orders for early morning services must be placed on the preceding business day (excluding holidays) by 1:00 p.m. Orders for early morning services must be placed on the preceding day by 1:00 p.m. Sunday delivery is not available. During peak holiday periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter etc.) same day delivery cutoff time may be earlier. Requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be placed, but cannot be guaranteed.

Substitution

Occasionally, flower substitutions may be necessary to ensure that your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. Our professional florists will take great care to ensure that the style, color and size of your arrangement is preserved and that only blooms of similar or higher value are substituted when absolutely necessary, often due to temporary, regional or seasonal availability. This substitution policy assures that your arrangement can be delivered timely and with equal beauty and value to what you see pictured on our site.

Service Charge

All orders being delivered within the U.S. and Canada will be assessed a $12.99 service charge. If sending more than one item to the same location on a single order, only one service charge will be assessed.
